Job Description :
We are seeking a qualified site engineer to oversee the successful execution of our projects on-site. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, coordinate with contractors, and ensure the procurement department receives the necessary support documents. The role involves direct involvement in the execution of the project and ensuring all activities are aligned with timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure the project runs smoothly.
* Monitor and control project timelines, and resources, ensuring that project milestones are met on schedule.
* Oversee coordination with contractors to ensure tasks are completed as per the specifications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues or delays, ensuring smooth workflow and project progress.
* Ensure all safety, quality, and regulatory standards are followed during project execution.
* Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements :
– 10 years of site management or project management experience.
– Age above 35 years
– Strong understanding of construction or engineering project management processes.
– Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
– Experience in managing teams, contractors, and working with procurement departments.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
