Responsibilities:
- Prepare and oversee the production of oriental sweets in alignment with the company’s recipes and standards
- Follow established recipes to ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Supervise and guide assistants and workers in the production process, ensuring efficiency and teamwork
- Collaborate in developing new oriental sweets products that align with the brand’s identity and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workplace, tools, and equipment according to health regulations
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients, coordinate with procurement for restocking, and minimize waste
- Operate and maintain production equipment, reporting any issues for timely repair
- Ensure orders are completed on time while maintaining high-quality standards
- Stay updated with trends and techniques in oriental sweets to enhance the product range and introduce innovations
