Responsibilities:
- Leads and supervises a team of floor staff (Cashiers, Operator, sales, stewards…)
- Provide direction and guidance to associates to ensure efficient and effective: Floor operations and Customer service
- Performs daily store activities such as opening and closing procedures which includes monitoring attendance, activating security system, receiving goods from factory, insuring the good display of products and applying FIFO…
- Manages different departments within the store
- Ensures pricing is accurate
- Ensures internal policy is applied
- Ensures standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met
- Sending daily/weekly reports to the HR
- Handles customer questions, complaints and issues
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates excellent leadership skills
- Pays close attention to detail
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience as a Floor Supervisor / Branch Manager
- Team player
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
- Manages time efficiently
- Demonstrates solid problem-solving skills
