Leasing Specialist & Personal Assistant

We are looking for a Leasing Specialist & Personal Assistant to manage tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and rental processes for our furnished apartments while also assisting in maintaining and organizing the boss’s personal files. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the hospitality or real estate industry, excellent customer service skills, and strong organizational abilities.

Leasing & Tenant Management:

 Handle inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and walk-ins.
 Manage lease agreements, renewals, and ensure timely documentation.
 Maintain an updated waiting list for fully occupied periods.
 Follow up with previous tenants (especially returning summer clients) for early bookings.
 Assist tenants with move-in and move-out procedures.
 Coordinate with the operations team for maintenance and tenant requests after check-in.
 Maintain detailed reports on occupancy, leasing activities, and inquiries.
 Conduct property tours and explain leasing terms to potential tenants.

Personal Assistant Duties:

 Organize and maintain the boss’s personal and professional documents.
 Handle scheduling, appointments, and reminders.
 Assist with correspondence and communication as needed.
 Ensure confidential handling of sensitive information.
 Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the boss.

Requirements:

 3–5 years of experience in leasing, hospitality, or property management.Experience ( hospitality or real estate industry)
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and record keeping.
 Fluent in Arabic, English and French.
