Responsibilities:
- Assist the chef in preparing and producing oriental sweets according to instructions
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients in required quantities following recipes
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitized at all times during shifts
- Assist in packaging and labeling sweets for delivery or storage
- Help operate and clean tools and equipment, ensuring they remain in good working condition
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing ingredients and supplies in storage
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the chef or supervisor
- Work effectively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient production
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a factory or oriental sweets production setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and production processes
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to hygiene and safety standards
