Responsibilities:
- Assist the pastry chef in preparing and assembling pastries and desserts according to instructions
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients as per the required quantities and recipes
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift
- Assist in operating and cleaning kitchen equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good condition
- Help with receiving, unpacking, and organizing supplies in the storage area
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the pastry chef or factory supervisor
- Work efficiently as part of a team, maintaining a cooperative and respectful environment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a bakery or factory setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and baking processes
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to hygiene and safety standards
